1. Comparison of heating methods

The traditional heating methods are steam heating and electric heating. Steam heating temperature rise fast, but need to configure pressure boiler, pipeline pressure is high, steam easy to condense into water caused by uneven plate temperature; electric heating has the characteristics of fast heating, high heating temperature, easy control, etc., but the power consumption is large, high operating costs.

(1) Steam heating

(2) Oil circulation temperature control machine heating

The heating mode of oil circulation temperature control machine is realized by heat conduction oil circulation. The hot plate itself has a thermal cycle. When the temperature of the hot plate is lower than the set value, the oil cycle temperature control machine starts heating to maintain the temperature of the hot plate within the set range. Usually, the temperature difference can be controlled within the range of ±1℃ to meet the production requirements of copper clad laminate.

Because the cooling process has a certain impact on the warpage and size stability of the product, there are various forms of cooling design for the laminating machine. Due to its high temperature control accuracy, if higher heating temperature is required in production, it can also be realized, because the thermal decomposition temperature of synthetic hot oil is above 310 ° C, while steam and superheated water cannot be reached, and many copper clad laminate factories in China have adopted oil heating systems. The advantages of oil circulation temperature control machine heating are: high heat capacity, uniform temperature, can be heated to a very high temperature under normal pressure, low heat loss.

2, hot plate performance

The hot platen is thin and easy to preheat and control the temperature, but the requirements for the machined parts are high. The heating channel of hot medium flowing in hot platen is generally not paid attention to by furniture industry insiders. The correct circuit design should be conducive to the flow of heat medium, conducive to uniform temperature rise of the plate surface, and reduce the leakage of heat medium.

3. Connection and sealing

The connection pipeline of the hot press plate is basically dominated by flexible pipes, and the main domestic metal hoses are mainly used. Gasket material traditional use of asbestos rubber sheet, new materials such as PTFE, winding graphite, etc., its sealing effect is more ideal.
