1. Operators must pass the pre-job safety education, training of three good, four know and five discipline in Equipment Management Regulations before they can work on duty.

2. Startup and warm-up:

2.1 Before starting up, ensure that all connecting wires of laminator are connected well, and turn on the main power switch and air source in the equipment distribution box.
2.2 Turn the Auto/Manual knob on the dashboard to the Manual position.
2.3 Insert the key of the key switch into the keyhole of the switch "Power" to turn on the power supply. At this time, the "Power Three-phase Indicator" above the "Power Supply" lights up.
2.4 Set the "temperature controller" working value, press the "heating" button, the button lights up, the equipment starts heating.
2.5 Press the "Vacuum Pump" button on the control panel to turn on the vacuum pump, and the light on the "Vacuum Pump" button lights up.
2.6 Set 3 timers, namely,"true timing","pressurization timing" and "lamination timing", to the required time.
2.7 Turn the "upper chamber inflation/upper chamber vacuum" switch to the "upper chamber vacuum" position, turn the "lower chamber inflation/lower chamber vacuum" switch to the "lower chamber vacuum" position, the upper and lower chambers begin to enter the vacuum state, and the vacuum indicator lights of the upper and lower chambers are on.
2.8 After waiting for the heating temperature value displayed on the "temperature controller", turn the switch "lower chamber inflation/lower chamber vacuum" to the position of "lower chamber inflation", the lower chamber inflation indicator light is on, and wait for the completion of lower chamber inflation.
2.9 Open lid: Press the "Open lid" button on the control panel until the upper lid is completely opened.
2.10 Cover closing: press the "cover closing" button on the control panel with both hands at the same time. When the cover is closed in place, the indicator light will light up. When the exhaust sound is not available, release the button.

3. Shutdown:

3.1 Take out the product, turn the switch (manual, automatic) to select manual status.
3.2 Turn off the heating switch, vacuum switch and key power switch in sequence.

4. Note:

4.1 When there are products in the machine, manual and automatic selection cannot be converted at will.
4.2 When closing the cover, make sure that the exhaust sound is not heard before loosening the switch cover button.
4.3 To ensure that the vacuum pump pipeline intake process is complete, the vacuum pump should be turned off 5 to 10 seconds later, turn off the power supply.
4.4 When closing the upper cover of the machine, the operator should pay attention not to place the handle and other parts on the edge of the lower box to prevent being crushed by the equipment.

5. Before and after work, you must do a good job of relevant point inspection and maintenance to keep the equipment clean and complete.
